SHIPPING POLICY
**Processing:** Orders are typically processed within 3 business days of receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
**Shipping Methods & Rates:** We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs and budget. Rates will be calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and chosen shipping speed. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
**Returns & Exchanges:** We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of your order being shipped. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached. Please note that [exceptions, e.g., tickets, sale items, personalized items] may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
**Return Process:** To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kryskoholding.com to request a return authorization (RMA) number. Include the RMA number with your returned items. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your return, we will ship out your replacement item as soon as possible. If the desired replacement item is out of stock, we will issue you a full refund.
